Ingredients:-

Draksha (Vitis Vinifera),Jaggery (Saccharum Officinarum),Elaichi (Elettaria Cardamomum),Dalchini (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum),Tejpata (Cinnamomum Tamala),Nagkesar (Mesua Ferrea ),Priyangu (Callicarpa Macrophylla),Kali Mirch (Piper Nigrum),Pippali (Piper Longum ),Vaividang (Embelia Ribes),Dhataki flowers (Woodfordia Fruticosa)

Dosage:-

20ml juice with 20ml warm water at bed time.

Caution:-

  • The very rare side effect is loose stools in some people with its high dosage, which may be due to its laxative action.
  • Excess intake may cause gastric irritation. Also if large amout of water is not taken along with this arista, it may cause mouth ulcers.
  • During pregnancy, it is best to avoid this / take this only under medical supervision.
  • During lactation period, it can be taken in lower doses, based on doctor’s advice
